Die Menschen, die dort die Gäste verwöhnen, waren extrem herzlich und hilfsbereit, herzlichen Dank nochmals. Ein tolles Hotel mit wunderbarem Frühstücksbuffet! Wir kamen etwas später, als die Zeit für das Frühstück möglich war, das war aber absolut kein Problem, wir wurden trotzdem und ohne Stress sehr herzlich bedient! Da könnte sich manches renommierte Schweizer Hotel eine Scheibe abschneiden…

Looks brand spank'ed new. Free parking, nice breakfast, great internet , comfortable beds and the important thing, the pillow was fantastic! Great welcoming, super friendly staff too. I'd definitely recommend this hotel and will stay again on my next visit to Appenzell!
